- move forward from success of Title III
- Emphasis on strengthening infrastructure for DRA
- secondary processing, preform fabrication, machining, joining, design, and market
development
- focus on existing DRA materials
These issues will control extent of market acceptance of current DRA materials in
the next 2–5 yrs
